You’ll be joining a new entity within the London insurance market, acting as a first-line support team member with some 2nd line duties as well. The service desk is brand new here, so you’ll have the ability to build your role out and shape its function within the firm.
This is initially a 6-month contract role, sitting outside IR35, with the potential of converting to a permanent role once the contract ends.
Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar job, with experience using ITIL, Office 365 and SharePoint. You’ll be interacting with vendors on a regular basis, with a strong understanding of networks, security and helpdesk functionality.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment with the space to shake things up. The team are supportive and collaborative, but you’ll still enjoy huge amounts of autonomy and responsibility. You’ll receive a generous daily rate before potentially progressing to a competitive package.
