On a scale of 1 to 10, how frustrated do you get when the person in front of you is a slow walker?

You’ll be joining a new entity within the London insurance market, acting as a first-line support team member with some 2nd line duties as well. The service desk is brand new here, so you’l­l have the ability to build your role out and shape its function within the firm.

 

This is initially a 6-month contract role, sitting outside IR35, with the potential of converting to a permanent role once the contract ends.

 

Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar job, with experience using ITIL, Office 365 and SharePoint. You’ll be interacting with vendors on a regular basis, with a strong understanding of networks, security and helpdesk functionality.

 

You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment with the space to shake things up. The team are supportive and collaborative, but you’ll still enjoy huge amounts of autonomy and responsibility. You’ll receive a generous daily rate before potentially progressing to a competitive package.
