With over 2 decades in industry Jimmy has created, grown and guided organisations from start-up to £25m in annual revenue.
Jimmy has been central in defining Saragossa’s products and services, as well as taking responsibility for preserving and developing the internal culture & processes, supporting the organisation to become the global partner for investment businesses extending technology capability.

Becky Cawley-Hassall
Becky joined Saragossa in 2017, bringing with her a decade of experience in finance leadership roles within owner-managed businesses across various sectors. As Saragossa’s Group Finance Director, her keen eye for detail and deep understanding of the importance of how finance drives business success have been pivotal in directing our financial strategy towards sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Jonny Demko
Jonny joined Saragossa in 2024 as Director of Contracts having spent over fifteen years with a major PLC. Jonny was responsible for leading their Financial Services brand, during his tenure the business unit grew to become one the PLCs most successful profit centres. Jonny is driven by a passion for best-in-class service and rapid delivery.
Jonny’s team are focused on delivering the best customer outcomes, without compromise through contract and project delivery services, allowing Saragossa’s clients to deliver against their strategic transformation and technology priorities.

Regional Director
Cameron Scott
Cameron joined Saragossa as an Associate Consultant, with a focus on supporting the Investment Management Industry across Change & Transformation projects and requirements. Upon achieving Team Lead, he moved to London to kick-start our London office, and has since gone on to achieve promotion to Regional Director, tasked with managing the London permanent team. He’s been integral to the growth of Saragossa and to the delivery of unique solutions to our clients.

Regional Director - USA
John Davies
Having joined Saragossa as a Consultant, John quickly established himself as a future leader, seeking opportunities to develop capability and creating new solutions to address industry challenges. John recognises the power of innovation, believing that the best way to fix a problem may not have been attempted before. Unphased treading new ground, John relocated from the UK to Chicago to run our fledgling US operation in 2023, building a team of consultants who support our US clients spanning mid-west, east-coast and west-coast.

James Batt
Since joining as a Trainee Consultant James has achieved every promotion possible and today takes overall responsibility for our UK West region. Having previously held responsibility for running our UK Software applications staffing team, James is capable of assembling and developing successful recruitment teams. James bases his working practice on open lines of communication, ongoing partnerships, and trust. He is not afraid to ask difficult questions and present difficult truths.

Having previously worked as a Principal Technical Recruiter, Sophie brings significant experience to our Talent Acquisition and people function.
