As a graduate, Rory chose a career in the technology staffing industry, recognising the challenge presented by the increasing disparity between supply and demand. Rory believes that our organisation must continue to tread new ground, creating and delivering new solutions without being compromised by convention. With a clear vision of what exceptional service looks like, and the ability to measure it, he is committed to delivering excellent work on a global scale.

Having joined Saragossa as a Trainee, John quickly established himself as a future leader, seeking opportunities to evolve and creating new solutions to address industry challenges. John recognises the power of innovation and that the best way to fix a problem may not have been attempted before. Unphased stepping into unknown territory, John believes that our bravery will define us.

After being notified she is at risk of redundancy, Laura attends a Saragossa led seminar on best approaches to initiate a job search and participates in a mock selection event, giving her the confidence to secure another position.
