Paul McGuire

Chairman

Paul joined the Saragossa Board in 2023 and was appointed Chairman in 2025. He brings extensive sector and leadership experience as as the founder and former CEO of a global life sciences recruitment firm, and as a former Director at a FTSE 250 PLC. As Chairman of the Board, he focuses on strengthening Saragossa’s operational foundations, shaping strategy, and elevating its profile in the investment industry.
