Company Culture Across Borders
Company culture is critical to a business’s brand – a unified vision and collective approach to doing your job and delivering the best service you can to clients is what will set you apart.
This is achieved by having a happy, supported team who are encouraged, listened to, praised, and rewarded.
How can this culture be replicated or translated across borders – is it truly possible to have a global culture if you have teams working in different countries, time zones, climates, and cultural expectations?

Flexibility is key – as Saragossa continues to expand in the US and beyond, we are constantly working at ways to create a flexible culture that remains true to our core values as a business but is versatile enough to accommodate all the differences that the US as a country and individual states within that country have. Simply ‘lifting and shifting’ a list of benefits and perks won’t cut it.
