Paul McGuire appointed Chairman at Saragossa

As Saragossa continues to grow, we’re strengthening the structure around how we lead, make decisions, and plan for what’s next.

We’re excited to share that Paul McGuire has stepped into the role of Chairman, supporting the leadership team at board level as we move into this next phase of our journey.

Paul joined Saragossa as a Non-Executive Director in 2022 and has since played a key role in shaping our strategic direction. With more than 25 years of experience building international businesses, including founding Meet which grew to become a global success story, Paul’s mix of entrepreneurial experience and board-level perspective aligns closely with where Saragossa is heading.

His focus as Chairman will be to help guide Saragossa’s continued growth, providing perspective, structure and strategic support as we expand internationally, build momentum across our Deploy and Component solutions, and strengthen relationships across the investment industry.

This evolution also marks the creation of a leadership team built to deliver at greater scale, with Rory now stepping fully into the CEO role and the recent appointment of Steve Herniman as CFO further strengthening our operational foundations. Together, these changes create the clarity, focus and experience we need to keep progressing – growing internationally, refining how we operate, and continually improving the outcomes we deliver for our clients and teams our teams alike.
